The room's are nice for the patients. The social area could be a little better. The furniture in the social area looks nice but when you sit in the chairs they are very hard on the bottom. The furniture gives off a very puffy leather vibe but it surprised me when I sat in one. It's like all the foam has been worn down. Granted I only sat in one that matched all the other's. The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean, and it feels like a welcoming home. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.
Everyone is friendly and caring. Always there when they are needed. Quick to care of all of my needs. Staff are always courteous and sweet, always trying to make me feel special.
This is a very home like facility and the care is great. I have peace of mind knowing that my parents are receiving such wonderful care. My mother looks better than she has in months and I know it is because of the care she is recovering at hilltop.
