Great location and therapy services!
Hillspring of Springboro is a wonderful place! I have had two loved ones spend time there for care, and have worked here as well. The staff is friendly and care for the residents as they are their own loved ones. The DON, took great care of my Grandmother and Grandfather, and they both were successful at completing therapy and getting back to their everyday lives. My family was very unhappy with the care my grandma received. While she had a few good nurses and aides she really liked it wasn’t all great. She was in major pain her last night there. Her aide told her to not push her button anymore because “they were busy” when she did and asked for help pulling her blanket up she was scolded to why she couldn’t do it herself, she currently cannot use one of her arms.
