Great new winery and tasting room with a nice outdoor space in Jamul. Not a far drive from town. Tasty wines.
Hillside Winery is truly a hidden gem in San Diego! Perfect for a date night or a girls night! The wine is fantastic & everyone is so knowledgeable about the wine and the process. Was super fun to hear about the family and the history of the winery!! Their new tasting room is so cute & they have little snack to go with your wine. Cannot recommend enough! Totally worth the detour from central SD! 🥂
A beautiful spot for wine (the Sauvignon Blanc is amazing). The owner loves what she’s doing and it shows!
My wife and I enjoyed some delicious wine 🍷 today. Not all agreed with my palate however, I thoroughly enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc and the Rosé of Syrah. My wife also enjoyed the Protecter red blend. The tasting room has a beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor seating area. The owner was a delight to talk to and learn the history of the farm. This spot will go on our list of regular wineries to visit. Until the next time, cheers 🥂!
My wife and I had a great afternoon experiencing Hillside Ranch Vineyard . A great family-owned winery, in a beautiful location close by in Jamul. Excellent wines for every occasion and palate! Owner Donna and host Roxanne were truly engaging ladies to speak with and understand the journey that became this quaint family passion. Recommend this unique getaway for wine lovers in the San Diego
