We visited Hillside Ranch about two weeks ago and definitely owed them a well-deserved review! After spending a weekend all the way down in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, we honestly couldn’t stop thinking about how good the wine at Hillside Ranch was. We had such a lovely experience! Donna, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the wines were great, and everyone was so friendly. We love finding little local gems like this so close to home. We’ll definitely be back!

What a fabulous experience at the Hillside Ranch Vineyard! Donna, Kari, and Bill went all out on the San Diego Opera fundraiser. A fragrant breeze and beautiful view accompanied a yummy variety of food, a lovely musical concert, and -of course- a fine selection of wines. After the tasting, I naturally had to bring home multiple bottles both for myself and friends. And, surprisingly, it only took us 36 minutes from Coronado to the vineyard! We're looking forward to lots more activities and tastings at "the Ranch."
