I was fortunate to secure a same-day appointment due to a cancellation and had an great experience. The persistent neck pain that had been limiting my range of motion subsided almost immediately following my session with Iz. I will definitely be booking again which is made very easy through their website.
The staff here are very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. Plus, the clinic is located conveniently in central Nanaimo. I highly recommend booking here for your next healing treatment.
I Walked in and sat down. Two girls where behind the counter on their cell phones. Not once was i greeted. All i wanted was to be acknowledged. Very unprofessional. Definitely these two individuals need to be coached on what not to do when a customer walks in.
