Refused to answer simple questions about tooling compatibility, leading me to order solely based on catalog. Unfortunately, the catalog did not list the correct tooling for the terminals I ordered and I ended up with the wrong tools. Being forced to go to a vendor/distributor who sells but doesn’t know these products is not the solution. On the other hand the terminals appear fine, but without proper technical data, it is very hard to recommend their products.
