Severely antiquated staff and technology. Poor customer communication. It’s not that the staff is unprofessional. The staff is bound by dumb policies and poor technology.
They are giving really hard time to us, they are punishing public. Calling them to activate service even no unpaid bills, they said wait for days.
This website is shit. No one ever gets on the phone 0 stars
We hit our main water line before our cut off valve and sprang a leak all over our front yard and down the sidewalk. They were out with in minutes and cut off the water. The dispatcher we spoke with and the water technician who came out were extremely nice and helpful. It is greatly appreciated to have this level of services in our county.
