These people are terrible. They have zero process, turn off water prior to letting you know- There’s a reason the ratings are so low
I work in the customer service industry and this is by far the worst. They shut my water off in error due to their own accounting errors. Every bill was paid on time and had it not been for the cameras at my house, I would not have known what happened with my water. Then, when you call to speak to someone about their mistake, you are on hold for over 30 minutes. Beyond terrible customer service.
Severely antiquated staff and technology. Poor customer communication. It’s not that the staff is unprofessional. The staff is bound by dumb policies and poor technology.
They are giving really hard time to us, they are punishing public. Calling them to activate service even no unpaid bills, they said wait for days.
