Almost three hours of wait time?!!! for something as simple as getting a Florida ID -is simply ridiculous. There are Parking costs, and thinking you could accomplish a simple task at lunch? 🤣 not happening! out of the question for sure! There is too much staff for the weak service times. We the people need y’all to do better!
Had an appointment for 10:30am and I was called at 10:31am, kudos! During my visit, I was assisted by Dave and Brittney. Both were extremely professional and courteous. Employees like these two are what make companies soar. Thank you both. Oh, and while in the waiting area, Nancy Millan got off of the elevator and greeted those waiting with a sincere "good morning".
