The worst waiting experience ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Service was terrible. Equipment malfunctions after waiting for 4 hours. They repeated the tickets that didn’t respond waaaaay too many times before going to the next number. They have 5 out of 12 windows helping a room full of people and no one moves with any sense of purpose or urgency.
