Unreal... everything was fine until I had to miss some classes due to some family matters then you see the real picture: 1) the student veteran and financial aid rep (Steven U.) tells student vets they can fail a class and take it again since VA will pay for it anyway so they can waste their benefits, but neglects to mention that the third time VA will not and it incurs out-of-state fees, then proceeds to kick student veterans out of work study jobs with out remorse and no reason given all the while he has a steady income an... read more

It a great school if you need to learn something. Better then paying full blown university prices for the same accreditations

When I first registered for classes it was at the plant city campus and I had a great experience. The Advisors, financial aid & Staff were very nice and helpful. And the professors were also very kind helped me a lot. They made me feel welcomed and like I could do anything. SOME of my classes have been online, & still all of my professors were always available when I needed help or had any questions. The reason I am rating 4 stars is because this review is obviously for the Brandon campus. Although, I just started classes in... read more

HCC repeated cancellation of classes is unacceptable and demonstrates a significant lack of responsibility. This is the third such incident, causing considerable disruption to students who have already planned their schedules and incurred expenses associated with the payment plan. The college's failure to provide alternative solutions for these disruptions is particularly disappointing, especially considering I have been enrolled for a year without successfully completing a single class.
