I adore this place! Nicely decorated, very Zen, and all of the employees are amazing!
I enjoy coming to the Hillsboro facility for the people and the care. I always leave feeling better. Listened to and I love all of the people who work here. As well as those who now work at the Bethany facility. They each individually bring excellent technique and care for others.
The massage therapists are great. Easy to schedule with online. Drawbacks include if the massage therapist or business has to cancel your appointment due to illness or weather, zero effort is put into getting you in soon and you may have to wait a month or longer before being seen. This is really impactful when you are in pain. Also, watch your billing carefully. I've had multiple times where my copay has been collected but it hasn't been posted to my account. Worst experience ever! Literally walked out in 5 min. I’m breastfeeding and had mentioned this but they weren’t prepared with a breast support pillow. Caitlin was my massage therapist and started with the worst pressure , hardly could feel anything. Told her twice but it didn’t improve. Never recommending this place to anyone.
I’ve just come out of my monthly maintenance acupuncture appointment with Erica and want to encourage anyone who is feeling they need health and wellness support but can’t quite get to the root of their discomfort to visit Hillsboro Wellness for an acupuncture appointment. For me, it is one of the most important pieces of my wellness routine. I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed, espy when I feel like I’m running on empty. Incredible staff and the owners Amber and Patrick are wonderful people. Highly recommend!
