Great customer service, very knowledgeable and honest. Every time I visit with a problem the techs and the owner find the best solution to the problem, not the solution that makes them the most money. I trust these guys.
I purchased a bicycle here, and I have to say that my customer experience was great. The employees were friendly, very knowledgeable and not paid on commission. When you buy a bicycle they include 1 year of free maintenance.
Went in to just ask a few questions about a tune up and the guys were very helpful and willing to share information. I will be taking in my wife's bike in for a tune up soon!
I bought a bike from a big box store and wanted to have someone check it out to make sure the person who put it together wasn't cutting corners and that it wasn't going to fall apart on me like my first bike. It was my first time at the store. Nomer helped us and he and the other staff were super friendly and I was very satisfied with the service I received.
