Can not complain about the product at all, very satisfied with it. It's the service from Hills Tracks & Blinds that leaves a lot to be desired. Numerous times & dates they have given me to have my outdoor blinds installed only to have them cancel at the very last moment. At other times they don't even have the decency to inform me beforehand they aren't arriving. Their after service is just as bad. Installation wasn't as good as it should of been and trying to get them to return to fix the issues was such a problem. Promises... read more
Prompt response to my call. Excellent service and understanding of what I actually wanted and provided exactly that. An adjustment was required and they attended the following day and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this company unreservedly
