ATTENTION USERS OF HILL TAX SERVICES Be aware of the routing and account numbers used on your tax returns prepared by Hill Services. A different tax service was used by me this year when I discovered my money had been re-routed into Hills account. When I tried to get confirmation I was accussed of trying to run a scam,. I've used Hill's Tax services for the last four years and have been more than satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism (not including the receptionist), confidentiality, and filing process. I've had some complicated taxes to file (multiple houses in different states, living/moving from one state to another, etc.), and I've been grateful and appreciative of the way I am "walked-through" the process and details each year. I USED THIS SERVICE THIS YR FROM A RECOMMENDATION. IT WAS THE WORST I EVER USED. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT KNOWLEDGABLE OF TAX LAWS. AFTER USING THEM I FOUND OUT MANY THAT HAVE BEEN AUDITIED AND FORCED TO REPAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE "GRANNY" DONT KNOW THE TAX LAW NOR DOES SHE HAVE A CERTIFIED TAX ACCOUNTANT. I PERSONALLY TALKED WITH THREE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN AUDITED BECAUSE OF "GRANNYS" NOT KNOWING THE TAX LAW AND INTERPRETING THE EXEMPTIONS/CREDITS WRONG.
