Very rude office staff! Went in on 2/3/2021, prepared and paid for my taxes! To date, 5 calls later, i still don't know if my taxes have been filed nor do I have a copy of them! Very very rude ladies in the office! Save ur money and time, go elsewhere! I will be driving the 1.5 hrs tomorrow to be there in person to have my question answered and not be hung up on! Travis was knowledgeable and great but its not worth dealing with the bitter hateful office staff who are very unprofessional and refuse to do their job.
Excellent!! Very professional. Friendly. Wonderful job! Extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend them
