I cannot recommend Alan enough for his professionalism, knowledge, compassion and level of understanding when dealing with his clients. I saw Alan with severe groin and hip pain, affecting my mobility. His approach was gentle but effective, and he explained everything in a way that made sense. We recently tried this physio centre as we weren’t satisfied with our previous clinic in Kellyville, and our first visit with Michael was excellent. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail, guided us through the required exercises, and provided heat therapy along with a proper massage to help relieve the pain. I sustained medial meniscus tear & lost alot of flexibility in my knee. Walking & any type of squatting was painful. I have been seeing Alan Ng for the last 2 months and the improvement in my knee has been phenomenonal. Alan is clearly very knowledgeable & explains everything clearly & simply. I started seeing Andrew for wrist pain with GP referral. He was very thorough in identifying the source of the pain, and I was impressed by how targeted and effective the treatment was. During the sessions, I noticed a clear and significant improvement in my pain levels. He provided a well-balanced set of exercises I could do at home each week, which really supported my recovery. I hope I won’t need physiotherapy again, but if I do, I would definitely come back to see Andrew.
Have gone to see Andrew Kwon 3 times for knee pain (due to an 18month old fracture). After my first session I already felt better! Andrew has been absolutely amazing, even though my sessions should only be around 20min he's doubled it to make sure the treatment is finished properly. I wasn't able to do an MRI, but despite this he's been able to pinpoint where the issue lies and where I need to build muscle in order to help stabilise my knees.
