We absolutely love having Pilates classes with Lisa! Our whole family enjoys training with her, and both of my children especially love her classes. Lisa is incredibly patient, professional and attentive. She always takes the time to understand each person’s body and needs, and makes the classes both enjoyable and effective. I have been attending the Castle Hill clinic with my sister who sustained a fractured ankle and has a pre existing intellectual disability. Andrew, the physiotherapist has been wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and professional. So kind and is very patient .. gently guiding and building trust in the therapy. We are delighted to have Andrew continue to help my sister build core strength and mobility. Christine on the desk is also very kind and welcoming I highly recommend the practice. Thank you
