This is a great place for therapy. Very helpful with my rehab from knee replacement. Thank you Seth!! And they are very nice.
Alex is the guy you want if you need help with trigger point therapy, myofacial pain, TMJ, and neck problems. That was my case anyway. Because of him I have more flexibility and less headaches. He also got a great sense of humor.
They did not bill our insurance correctly. Which lead to months of calls trying to get them to correct the issue. They refused to correct the issue but pushed the issue to collections and tried to sue us for the amount that they billed incorrectly. What an absolute joke of an establishment. Never have i dealt with such incompetence.
Greatest place around for your therapy needs! The staff is outstanding, knowledgeable, and always looking out for your best interests. We are so fortunate to have a great rehabilitation center right here in Caro.
