Always helpful. Always friendly!
I love the things they do for the kids. HOWEVER, when I went in today to close one of my kids savings account, I feel like the "customer service" woman was very rude and made me feel like I was a hassle. I don't think you should be helping customers walking in through the front door if you're going to talk short and be rude to them. Other then this one staff member I have never had an issue with being treated poorly.
I went and put my rent reimbursement in my account and never had a problem.They were very nice
