Basically stole my money. Had them come out to review water damage from my fridge water line. My garage was flooded but kitchen wasn’t. It went right down the wall which i said. They told me we can probably get money for your kitchen so i went along with it. Long story short, they should not have given me that advice. I got such little money agree they took their cut, i didn’t have enough left over to fix my garage ceiling and lighting in garage.
Expert staff. I was glad I had them engaged. They know the insurance industry and managed my repairs and recovery of costs.
