Any time I have had any problems or been in need of assistance, including the welfare rights team Heather and Morag who are absolutely fantastic at their jobs! Always a pleasure meeting and speaking with any of the staff members from the reception staff to the top member of staff. Helpful, accommodating, friendly, polite and friendly at all times. 10/10 😁
They say report a repair what point do they sort it Hillhead association is worst out there after waiting 19 months and 3 people round to look at a window there still saying waiting for contractors to get back to them, it didn't take Hillhead long to put the rents & council tax up so show people the same courtesy and do something
Went there to ask a question... 3.15pm.. closed. Notice says closes at 5pm. Musta decided they were fed up and closed.
Always a pleasure to deal with any of the staff, always very polite, professional and friendly 👍🏻
