Typical Jewish Org poor leadership qualifications. They don't inform family when something changes in a negative way which leads to a serious medical situation. I learnt the hard way that they provide the basic care but they're not trained in anticipated serious failures. If resident is sleeping more or not answering, that's a red flag for Dr &family. Yes , ill people do get locked out in cold nights as the floor staff keep gabbing & wont answer .

Terrible staff and management. Medical care is provided based on income. Richer patients are allowed to do things that poorer patients aren't. I wouldn't recommend Hillel Lodge to anybody.
Wonderful facility and wonderful care from all the staff. Our family member moved in 6 months ago and we have nothing but glorying reports for Hillel Lodge. We are lucky to have Hillel Lodge in our community.
