I was googling the number for hillcrest for my neighbour, when I came across the comments, despite living in hindley I have recommended this home many times, this home is a special place, not many directors of homes know the residents like Margaret and Lorrane, not many directors will take time to listen to the homes manager and staff. I worked at Hillcrest for over two years as a senior. Policies and procedures are adhered to every single day. Regular updated training given to staff to cover all areas of care. Hillcrest is more like a home than a place to work, such a lovely atmosphere. I was sad to leave but the hours did not suit me after my circumstances changed. I would go back in a heartbeat otherwise. Thank you for the great opportunity of working with such an amazing team.

No PPE during Covid, no concepts of masks or sanitising shopping brought in, shouted at us for not visiting my fathers 90 birthday when a family member of ours had Covid-19 respiratory disease. Being influenced by another family member that could not pass a DBS and preys on vulnerable people.
