My mom has been at Hillcrest almost 3 years. She is well looked after and the staff are very good with her. In house kitchen. The facility could use a brightening up as it’s old but for me quality care & cleanliness comes first. New director in there recently has been adding lots of things like a huge big screen tv and popcorn and music at happy hour. She also has a very compatible roommate. Mom received the best care from all staff the three years she was at Hillcrest.
Despite the other reviews – Hillcrest has been a blessing for my mom. She’s been in there almost two years, and I continue to be pleased and delighted with the care and attention she gets. There are lovely people on staff who genuinely care about her. Her wishes and needs are listened to and acted on. The administration takes pains to create a welcoming environment that is safe, clean, and with nice plants and flowers. I am so glad we found this place and so glad mom is there. Five stars!
