The lady that was working there kept bringing up her religion and was disrespectful. She told me I was dehydrated and that’s why she couldn’t draw blood. A week later I found out that I was not dehydrated, she just didn’t stick the needle in deep enough.

They can not ever get your hormones right. They keep having lab work saying everyone is high on test. They now also charge you $50.00 extra for REQUIRED blood work. Just money sucker.

I arrived at my visit to be educated about my choices and I left feeling very pressured to commit. I paid the $75 for the visit for what I thought was a consultation. I called the office and they told me that it was not consultation but a new patient visit and most women come in already knowing what they want. So, lesson learned. If you schedule an appointment, make sure you educate yourself before you arrive and be ready to commit.

Professional and laid back. Wonderful service. I felt very comfortable, not rushed, and very appreciative of the time they took to educate me on everything we were doing at our visit as well as what future plans could look like. Front desk was awesome as well. Very friendly and quick.
