Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna is a beautiful facility, well thought out and gorgeous. However don’t believe the executive chef-led culinary program, they struggle to keep a good chef. There gourmet meals consist of french fries, french fries and more french fries with some sloppy joes. I would give this facility a 5 star rating if they would pay their chef enough to get or keep a good one.
