Place is horrible they dont feed the people well at all. Any thing for TV is only for employees. If NU or any thing fo games for them to enjoy no one takes initiative to put them on. We used the vacuum once to help clean up a mess it was disgusting. When the employees interact with the folks staying there ist very cold and basically dont give a crap. Have lived with my wife at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in an Independent Living apartment for one year next month and are very happy with our choice. There is no service or feat6that hasn't been excellent. We enjoy the large indoor heated saltwater swimming pool, two restaurants and pub regularly.
Thank you.....We had such a lovely evening at the White Party! We enjoyed all the delicious food and beverages, you have an amazing chef! The music was just the right touch, beautiful! Jenae does such a wonderful job of keeping us involved and we learn something new about Hillcrest each time we attend. Can't wait to be a part of the neighborhood!!
A few caregivers were excellent; some were good; some were fair; some were horrible. And my reports were met with skepticism and no action. Moving her was not possible during Covid.
