Hello, If you have a loving person in need of a nursing home I beg you please do not go here. My grandmother has been neglected and suffering for several weeks because the staff here cannot do their own paying job. She had to get ended up in the hospital because she had severe bed sores which have gotten as bad as you can see her bone. The staff take a long time to get your attention and nobody informs you about recent patient condition unless you ask. Update - my grandmother passed away. Neglect was obvious. My father has been living in this facility for about a year now and my wife and I love the care he is getting!!! The staff are top notch and he's getting 24/7 care! They are fantastic!!!
This place is beyond ridiculous! Today @ 10:04 am I got a call from the DSD David stating that they are taking my application back. Due to me having to call out my first day due to a very traumatic incident regarding my little brother's life. My brothers life was at risk and I tried to call that morning to explain the situation, knowing it was my first day and I didn't want to seem like I didn't care about the position I was offered. This place is the worst. They fire you for no reason, they play favorites. The girl Danielle who does showers treats the residents bad tells them to shut up. The administrator and director knows how she treats the patients and does not do any thing about it. A lot of patients have bed sores and do not have any kind of treatment for them.
