I banked with Hillcrest since 2018, when they were still rock canyon bank. Back then, they were great. As soon as Hillcrest took over, I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences. Their customer service is terrible and takes three times as long to reach someone. They aren’t efficient, they move so slowly. Also, I had a revolving line of credit overdraft set up, and they attempted to change the terms of my revolving line, when Hillcrest took over. So unprofessional. I am never coming back to Hillcrest.
