I’ve had an account there for roughly 15 years & its definitely not the old People’s Bank. Customer service is lacking. Someone keeps making wrong deposits into my account & it takes more than 2 calls to rectify the problem. The only reason I keep an account there is because I have a monthly government deposit with autopay withdrawals & it’s inconvenient to change over to another bank.
