What kind of bank charges you to cash a check from their bank. Been cashing checks there for the past year for free, went in today to cash a payroll check from Hillcrest only to be told it cost ten bucks to cash it now. Not only that but there apparently isn't an MoD at that branch to ask what the new fees are for.

I’ve been having problems with my card so I stopped in to withdraw some cash and while I was there I asked to order a new card. I was told card would take 7-10 business days. Well 10 business days later no card so I called to ask what the issue was. Come to find out the girl never ordered the new card. I wish I remembered her name so I could call her out on it but I can’t so to the young little girl just know you suck
