This bank has no integrity. I went in to exchange $25 cash for a $25 roll of dollar coins. They said they had the coins, but wouldnt exchange the currency for me unless I opened an account with them? Thats not banking, thats a scam to try to force someone to open an account. Why would I open an account with a bank that cant handle a $25 currency exchange. Had no problem getting the coins at another bank without any hassle.
What kind of bank charges you to cash a check from their bank. Been cashing checks there for the past year for free, went in today to cash a payroll check from Hillcrest only to be told it cost ten bucks to cash it now. Not only that but there apparently isn't an MoD at that branch to ask what the new fees are for.
