Rae Ann Curry, and the rest of the Hillcrest Team at the Albertsons location were kind, helpful and efficient with a recent banking issue. She walked me though the process, and worked on the corrective path quickly. She was so friendly and professional. Our issues seem to have been resolved swiftly because of her attention to us. I am thankful for her. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute worst bank I've ever banked with. The staff never answers the phone, they charge ridiculous fees for everything (and the ding dong staff members are happy to defend their criminal policies as long as they keep getting issued their paychecks each week like the sheeple they are) and no one is on the same page regarding the information about their policies they relay to the clients. Since Hillcrest purchased the bank from Peoples bank, it went downhill. The best and nicest managers left, and we noticed all kinds of fee's on our accounts. We have since left and brought our business to a credit union. Do your homework, this bank is based in Texas, is highly conservative and isn't really friendly at all.
