Great people that work at Albertsons Hillcrest branch
Issue #1: Hillcrest doesn’t seem to support this online wire transfers. So i went to this bank branch inside Albertsons. Issue #2: I wait in the short line and when it’s my turn I indicate I’d like to make a wire. There are three humans running the teller line. One banker, presumably the manager, said he can’t leave the line today and that I need to go to the main bank branch to complete wire. Rae Ann Curry, and the rest of the Hillcrest Team at the Albertsons location were kind, helpful and efficient with a recent banking issue. She walked me though the process, and worked on the corrective path quickly. She was so friendly and professional. Our issues seem to have been resolved swiftly because of her attention to us. I am thankful for her. Highly recommend.
