Took my son’s bike here for a service and nothing got done to it. The bike came out worse then when it went in. They charged an arm and a leg to fix it. Decided to take the bike back and they were so arrogant and pigheaded refused to help. Do not recommend whatsoever. Avoid at all costs, would give a 0 star rating if I could.

Phenomenal advice on how to fix the bike crank, was given a complimentary 8mm bolt with fresh threading and advised to get a 8mm Allum key. Fixed the crank within 2 mins. Couldn't have left the place without given a standing ovation review. Thank-you !
Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and quick! I am so pleased to have found this business and these people. I have an ebike that I use everday to commute to work. It is essential for me to have it on the road. I had a lot of other bike shops refuse service requests for replacing simple items such as a flat tyre. Hillbrick stepped up! They have worked on my brakes, gears, tyres and replaced other failing mechanisms all within very tight timeframes.
