I haven't used this service but I can tell by the extreme reckless driving on a highway that I wouldn't ever use them or recommend them to anybody. It's insane to see a semi truck doing 85 in a 75 weaving in and out of traffic.
Even though I didn’t use this service. It is crazy to see a vehicle, blatantly blow through two stop signs because of either running late or trying to get there in a hurry. I understand it as a transit service and they have deals to where they pick people up by a certain time to get them to medical Appointments, but it doesn’t help if you potentially cause one by getting in an accident on the way there. Just seems like the driver that I saw was being careless.
Truly excellent service, they helped transport my 1991 NSX with no issues and even helped resolve a situation where I had to leave before the pick up date. They catered to my situation and always kept in contact with me with excellent customer service. In three words they are a professional, trustworthy, and dependable staff.
Good communication regarding the transport process. Made it easy.
