The facility is so beautiful upon entering. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.
The housekeepers are so welcoming and nice and all I see them doing is working so so hard keeping the front so clean, keeping the bathrooms so clean, the residences rooms at ALLL CLEANNNN!!! The whole place is CLEANNN and BEAUTIFUL!!!! The laundry person was also so very nice and helped me find where I was going cause I didn’t know, she also is a hard worker everytime I come in to see my family member she’s always out in the floor with her cart stocking ALLL of the closets making sure they ALLL get filled and stocked making ... read more
My great aunt went to Doverwood Skilled Care in Hamilton for rehab after her hip replacement and the experience could not have been better. The facility was always clean and welcoming and the nursing staff were some of the most attentive and compassionate people I have ever met. They made her feel comfortable and cared for and really treated her like family.
