My husband, Gary Arnsparger, is currently a resident of Birchwood Care Center in Hamilton, Ohio. From day one, he has been treated with great care, love, compassion, and excellent health management. Incredibly compassionate staff!
My mother laid in the bed all day and only got out of bed to be wheelchairs to the bathroom and physical Therapy once a day. The nurse as she was being released did not speak to me after waiting for more than 1/2 hour to sign papers and was mad because my mom leaving messed up her 15 minute break. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone for in home physical therapy for several days.
