Incredibly compassionate staff!
My mother laid in the bed all day and only got out of bed to be wheelchairs to the bathroom and physical Therapy once a day. The nurse as she was being released did not speak to me after waiting for more than 1/2 hour to sign papers and was mad because my mom leaving messed up her 15 minute break. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone for in home physical therapy for several days.
I had the pleasure of working with the DON, Christina, for many years. She fiercely cares for her residents and staff and goes above and beyond for them all.
