We hired them to upgrade an electric vehicle gate which they themselves had installed 15 years ago. Unfortunately they messed us about, with missed deadlines, wrong components, incorrect configurations. Their communication and customer service is woeful. The contractors who came to do the work were generally helpful and thorough but we have subsequently had to hire another firm to fix some of the mistakes left by Hill Trident.
