My taxes were filed quickly as soon as I had my documents loaded on their website. Questions have a quick turnaround as well. I plan to stay with Hill Tax as it is good to know I have professionals I can get questions answered in short turnaround.

Called and left messages, filled out online form twice, never received a response, tried in the summer/fall so no real excuse to not reach out, really far away from tax season. New to the area, have a business, utilize payroll+ personal tax, feel we are a good customer match. Unfortunate. Wish we had the chance to try these guys out.
