While my eye exam experience in the office met expectations, an attempt to follow up about getting documentation to submit an insurance claim was a strikingly poor customer service experience. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, speaking over me repeatedly even as I asked him to please listen and help me identify whom I could speak to in the office to clarify what I needed for insurance. Excellent experience! I came in to fix my glasses frame, and the service was quick, very pleasant, and genuinely above and beyond. Highly recommend this optic store!!!
I was visiting from South Carolina and had an issue with my glasses. As I was exploring the town, I walked by Hill Opticians and popped in to see if they could help. Dr. Gallagher was so gracious and immediately repaired my glasses.
