This is the first time we have used this accountant. While she claimed to be very thorough, she put my son age as being 5 years old when he is 18 with the wrong birthday entirely, and doing this without even asking or confirming. On top of this, everything that she said that we would receive back... the numbers have been all wrong. Apparently if you use her ecollect system you get charged extra fees that was not explained to us. Would not recommend very unorganized!! The office is a mess, smells, costs us lots of extra money, charges extra fees that we should not have incurred. She probably pocketed for herself. In the end, her numbers do not match up. From what she quoted us to do the work she was paid to do in the end!! Does not understand Excel, writes in all caps letters. Old school and prints everything. Because what we actually received from our state and federal income tax did not match up in the accounts !! Would never recommend or use again... read more
I have used Debbie for many many years. She understands my business and always directs me properly. Debbie has not only been my accountant for over 23 years she has become a great friend.
Very organized, very detailed, and definitely worth using! Friendly and good at explaining anything.
Unorganized, cost me $7000 and never followed up with the return after moved to another accountant
