Really can't get much more rude service. It seems they're all quite grumpy. Typical Gov office I suppose. No accountability. How difficult is it really to just be a little more neighborly.

Get off work early and drive 30 minutes and they changed the hours to close at 4:30. Got to love the blood sucking mafia, I'm sorry I could not pay for the use of my own property, then lost overtime, to be so privileged to use the cartels services.
