If you’re trying to get someone in this facility, don’t even bother. RUN!!!!! Brandi is never available and won’t return phone calls, and doesn’t receive paperwork from doctors that were emailed and faxed 2 different times to her. After talking to Vicki, she assured me she would call me back that same day I went in to bring a paper and find out more information. She still hasn’t called me back almost 3 weeks later. I've seen the nurses yell at the residents and also ignore them while they ask for help

My sister was transferred at Hill Country for a few weeks to recover. Everyone is very nice and attentive.

Good staff but needs training when dealing with family members. If your family member dies mid month they won’t refund you for the rest of the month… at least not quickly … it’s been almost two months now…. 🤷‍♀️ maybe the corporation that took over doesn’t care… hope that doesn’t trickle down to the residents
