Totally recommend!! Jonathan and Justin were great to work with!! Obviously purchasing a home is stressful and baseline awful...but these guys took away soooo much of the stress! Jonathan locked in a rate and got us approval super fast. Communication was easy and they were always available to answer questions. Compared to my last home purchase with a different mortgage broker, I felt like I had someone on my side, understood what was happening this time, and always knew where we were in the process.
Did a great job and was proactive about finding the best rates, walking me through the process, and explaining any decision I had to make.
5 days from application to clear to close! Jonathan and Justin run a tight ship. Super clear communication, connected with a lender offering a niche product that is not generally available in the market. I will 100% refer all my friends, families and associates to these guys. Don’t sleep on this shop.
