For over a year I couldn't get a provider. Just 1 & the same one so he/she knows all my symptoms. I've never had a weight problem but I woke up one day, and every morning since, for no reason that I know, continue to put weight on. My left ankle and foot swell so bad I can't put a shoe on that foot. My face 70% of the time is red hot to touch and swollen. Nice place and all. But there's hardly anyone here and we've waited an hr already, only to hear that 2 other ppl in the waiting room are here for the same appointment at the same time! Double booked w no one here . Wth
The dental department is terrible! They refused to set me an appointment and had me instead call every Monday at 830am for month in hopes for a cancellation.I call this Monday and they tell me I am now considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients!!! Really?!
Now when you call Hill Country. The dental side will hang up on you if they don't have any openings for any appointments! No goodbye. Nothing. Just hangs up on you! Amy is her name!1013am on October 23 2023
