They explained everything from A-Z and then got me an appt an hour later with a professional staff and we went through my medical needs. Awesome!!!
Small, but it's just an ordinary Drs office...
One day I had an appointment with my psych to talk about my meds. Up until that visit, I have always gone to the behavioural side of the building to get help with anything having to do with mental health and medication for it. With that being said, that day I had gone in, over to the behaviour side, but there was no one at the front desk. This place seemed like a nice place to go but after a couple times I found that they don't care about you they do not call you back they do not explain labs I've left four messages and no response from my doctor or anybody else. My whole family goes there I'm going to be fixing that I will be telling everybody I know not to go use them. I can't believe that I just found out I have stage 4 liver cirrhosis and nobody will explain my labs to me. Totally unacceptable This place is garbage.
