THIS IS A WARNING Absolutely worst place ever NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM after 3 weeks of waiting for my furniture I was told they don't have it and don't know when they will get it Then after I canceled it it took them 2 more weeks to call me just to tell me I would have to get a check in the mail and it would take 30 day's when I paid for it the same day I bought it I will never buy anything from them again hope no one else does either be ware they will absolutely screw you
Never have I ever received as bad a customer service as I have at the Ashley Store on Pat Booker Rd. San Antonio, TX. I went into the store on April 14th and ordered a sleeper sofa mechanism, Sal took my payment and said that he would order it. Three weeks later I went to the store to get an update on the delivery and Sal wasn't there but another lady looked it up and said that it was never ordered. We did an extensive search for a replacement of our counter height bar stools. We found one at our local Ashley store and place an order for 4 without assembly or delivery. We drove an hour across town to pick them up and brought them home for assembly. The directions were straightforward, but all 4 were unlevel. We called the store about a return and were informed that there was a NO RETURN policy. These guys delivered an Ashley dresser to my front door. I was on my way home so they left it at my front door. When I got home, I noticed the back of the dresser was busted. It had broken through the screws that were in place. They delivered the dresser without any type of protection, no box, no plastic. Looked like they just took it off the showroom.
