Whats the cheapest good bike they have? Had to rate but just moved here in this state n city..never been there...
This is a great bike shop. The staff is very knowledgable and give great customer service. I've been a customer of HCBW for the past 20 years and would not trust anyone else with my bicycles. The years of combined experience in the cycling industry by the owners and mechanics takes all of the doubt and guess work out of the sport and allows for the extreme enjoyment that riding a bicycle brings to my family and I. Great customer service. I have bought 7 bikes from them and never had a problem with repairs or tune ups. I send all my friends and clients there to try out bikes or to purchase one. I trust these people.
Very smug about the brand of bike you own. If you didn't pay more than $700, the service is bad!

The help was friendly but I would suggest prices on all the bikes. One day I was in and the assistant had to track down the price book and take time on each bike to determine price. The next time in the book wasn't available and no one there could tell me the price on a single bicycle. This is poor customer service. Prices on items don't run customers off but may scare the look-e-loos...and that's probably a good thing. I'll go back probably because it's the only show in town...sadly.
