I had an appalling experience dealing with Peter, who is supposedly the principal of the firm. His attitude was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me with blatant disrespect, and his tone was nothing short of condescending. As a business owner myself, I find it shocking that someone in his position would think it's acceptable to speak to people this way. I would strongly advise against using him — the way he treats people is disgraceful and completely unacceptable.
