Was cut off three times!!! Downloading Nero 9 took most of the day. Clicked to received a serial number for the trial, waited most of the day and never received it. Cut off once again 2/22/09 @ 2:50pm..... What's up with this company? One more time and I'm going to another company.... Now it got to the recording that I'm caller #1..... so, where is a human?
