Staff doesnt communicate to each other so if they tell you. "You can come anytime to pick up your file" theyre lying because they do not communicate to each other about where they put things. The lady was so rude about me being right and her staff member telling me to come by whenever. Even though the file was on the desk the whole time. I was told its a $20 fee and the rude lady who doesnt know whats going on wouldn't accept it so I left in the office for the staff member who actually did their job and I appreciate.
