My mother told the supervisor that she was going to a different agency and to close her case and the supervisor was very rude to her. Things were not getting done and that is poor performance.
My girlfriends is using this company at currently for her mother and like the previous comment they do start troubles they do interfere and they do threaten they don't clean they go through her cabinets they bring cats over and then the cats had kittens they try to buy things off for her yes I wouldn't highly not recommend this company Danger and ISocial Services after you falsely accuse you of things Posting this for you to know, your fault if you use them
This home care service is the worst when it comes to working with the families. They are shady,n rude to families. They block n cause serious walls bet family members n the client.don't trust them n use video n record everything. The carer gets into bank ACCTS n personal bills n does everything they can to put barriers so family doesn't see what their doing. WARNINGWARNINGWARNING-FAMILIES
