I have tried so many gyms in the past and then I came across Hiit 4 Life and it is a game changer. 25 minute classes with such lovely professional instructors that are there for you in every way. Most of the clients are over 35 so it works really well for me. I would highly recommend Hiit 4 Life as you get strength and cardio and it’s all in 30 minutes! Give it a try!! Great gym! HiiT4LiFE Northbridge offers quick, effective 30-minute workouts that fly by and really work. The sessions target both cardio and strength, and I’ve personally lost weight and built muscle. The instructors are supportive and motivating, and the community is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. 💪
I cannot recommend this fantastic gym experience highly enough with the most caring and knowledgeable trainers, Mel and Helen. Do your self a big favour and join up to enjoy tremendous support and varied circuit style workouts that are different every day. Small classes at convenient times. HiiT4LiFE was amazing for being able to squeeze intense workouts into a short amount of time. It's such a lovely community as well, and a really supportive gym environment. I'd highly recommend it for anyone who is time poor, but still wants to have regular fitness sessions.
