My Mum was in Highwood Court for nearly two and a half years. Sadly Mum was passed her best when she arrived into Highwood Courts care. She did not want to be there, but then she liked her room and enjoyed her meals and the staff where nice to her. My Mum was not an easy resident but I saw that she was always treated with respect and dignity by cheerful friendly staff. I was amazed that staff always knew who I was there for, many knew my name.
